James Miller Investigations, established in March 1997, is located in Northwest Arkansas and provides a full range of investigative services throughout the state. Civil Service of Process is also provided in Benton and Washington Counties with the majority of service being completed the same day it is received.

 Owner Jim Miller, life-long resident of Arkansas and full-time investigator, maintains a highly respected working relationship with a varied range of clients including law firms, insurance companies, small businesses, major corporations, and individuals. Generally, investigative rates are $60.00 per hour plus $.60 cents per mile and miscellaneous expenses; process rates vary.
